Roller Returns

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. 

Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.

Exchanges for incorrectly ordered products must also be received within 30 days of purchase. Exchanged items will only be shipped out upon receipt of returned product or they can be ordered and shipped in advance, if in a hurry. Refunds are subject to items being received in undamaged, resellable condition. If returns cannot be sold as new, we will contact you and make arrangements for partial store credit. There is no refund on original shipping cost. Buyer must pay return shipping.

Returns for any other reason will be accepted for 60 days from purchase, must be in original and/or secure packaging, never have been installed, must be in new condition, undamaged during return and will have a 25% restocking fee deducted from refund. There is no refund on original shipping cost. Buyer must pay return shipping.

Refunds are provided within 5 days of receipt of products.

POWDER COATED ORDERS ARE FINAL. We cannot accept powder coated rollers for returns. Exchanges made for powder coated items must be carefully packed in either original box or appropriate sized box and received in resellable condition. Pieces damaged in return due to poor packing, may not be refunded.

TW&D LLC will not accept the return of products if used on a fence lower than 6 feet. No exceptions. In the rare occurrence that you'd need, to please contact us about our Roller Connections program.
